Jordan Palmer Home

The Jordan Palmer Home at 101 S. Main Street is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (added in 2004). The Palmer family was among the prominent pioneer families of the Silver Creek Valley.

The Jordan Palmer House is one of four Taylor properties added to the National Register in 2004, reflecting the town’s concerted effort to preserve its pioneer architectural heritage. It stands along Main Street, Taylor’s central corridor, alongside other historically significant homes from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
